Czech Republic Health & Safety

The Czech Republic has its fair share of organized and petty crime, but little of it is violent so visitors need not worry unnecessarily about physical attacks during their stay. Organized criminals are unlikely to cross the paths of tourists however petty criminals have been known to target foreigners for pick pocketing and bag snatching, so it’s wise to leave valuable items in a hotel safe and to keep wallets and purses in hard-to-reach places.

From a health perspective, the country is exceedingly safe, necessitating no vaccinations, offering no serious threats of viral contagions and presenting very little in the way of bacteria-related illnesses.
