Samitivej Hospitals

Samitivej Hospitals is a network of four medical centers in Bangkok that have grown into one of the country’s most important centers of medical tourism. The hospital has received international awards as well as JCI accreditation.

Founded in 1979, Samitivej Hospital was the first of these four medical centers. UNICEF and WHO both honored the medical center as ‘Mother and Baby Friendly.’ This was a major step in establishing an international reputation for Samitivej.

Samitivej Sukhumvit is situated in the center of Bangkok. It employs 400 specialists and has the capacity to care for 270 inpatients at once.
